She was confident. Almost too confident for Bernard’s liking. There was no small talk in response from the masked invaded. Instead, he simply thrust his gloved hand sharply toward the smartly dressed blonde seated steeple fingered at the antique desk The hot telekinetic blast that met her was designed to pluck her from her pasting her helplessly against the glass on which the serine tropical beach was projected. He could feel the rage building as he poured more and more psychic energy into the attack. The growing intensity of the microwave energy he projected would soon begin to melt away the beautiful façade she presented revealing the dark filth that lay underneath.
The red head raised a precautionary finger waving it in the direction of the four clone soldiers that had stepped out from behind the large test tubes.”Stand down!” Omen snarled. ” You don’t have to die with her. This isn’t your fight.”
Jeannette began gasping for air as shock and fear spread across her face. The intense heat began to melt away her flesh and cause severe burns. The display screen cracked and malfunctioned, turning off the beach like setting and causing the lights to flash and flicker randomly. The four clones attempted to stop the attack from happening, ignoring his warning to back down and charged forward.
"We've got a fight, get ready!" George called. The Beatles met their clone counterparts in hand to hand combat. Paul grabbed the first clone and threw him into the glass tubes that lined the wall, cracking it with his enhanced strength. George wasn't as fortunate. One of Jeannette's clones jumped in the air and kicked him in the face, sending him flying sideways and sliding across the floor to hit the far back wall. The remaining two clones were locked in a series of punches, kicks, blocks and parries as they tried to best each other.
Jeannette tried her best to break free from the attack but there was little she could do, she was melted to a burnt crisp of blood, flesh and bone and resembled a mummy. Her metallic replacements glowed red from the heat as it all melted down into a puddle of liquid goo.

((SP 30-1 of 82 Exp 9/10)) HP:=120 KARMA:2 Focus skill 20/20 ((Focus 1-power up- 55+ (20skill0= success)) ---- By the time Bernard had dispeced with the ‘Jeanette” the meele between the clones was well underway. In the revolving ruckus involving similar combatants it wast impossible to distinguish friend from foe. With the mental processors involved the Sensitive wouldn’t even be able to use distinguishing thoughts to resolve his conundrum. Bernard now regretted not providing his companions with a distinguishing marker with which he could identify ‘the Beatles’ in combat.”
It was their new namesakes he had provided that would provide the answer he needed. A unique identifier. Bernard drew his excel blade and powered up to await the results of his test.
The beetles backed up a bit to give a bit of space to allow time to respond. Each one giving off a roll call as the acknowledged Bernard's request. "Paul here!" He called out as he blocked a series of punches aimed at his body and face.
"George here!" He responded as he slammed his enemy into the wall and proceeded to knee his opponent in the stomach, cracking the plated armor located there.
"John here!" He called out as he make a series of quick steps backwards to retreat and create distance.
It went smoothly except for Ringo's turn, who was cut off as he was kicked in the face and sent sprawling across the floor. His helmet cracked and fell off but he raised a hand to show he was still alive. "Ringo... here..." He called as he wiped blood from his lip.

Ringo raised a hand from his position propped up against the wall to show he was alive. It was the first glimpse Bernard had of the individual behind the mask. "Ringo... here..." The helmetless clone called as he wiped blood from his lip. It was enough for the skilled lip reader to identify his teammate.
The Sensitive quickly interviened, stepping in to take the place of his fallen comrade. The red headed menace focused his psychic energy to the blade superheating the exel longblade as it arched toward the neck of the clone who opposed him. If the Hydra agent was unable to successfully dodget the precision blow it was unlikely that even his thick armour shell would be enough to save him against the glowing razor sharp blade.
((Enemy clone 1 evasion: 32+10 (VBS)=42. Evasion failed! Damage: 110 (damage)- 25 (basic power suit)=85 damage. Clone has been killed.))
The clone turned to face Bernard, confident and arrogant that his opponent would stand no chance against him. He raised his armored hand to grab the blade to stop the attack, which would have normally only put a dent in his armor as the blade stopped, but the intense heat sliced through his hand and continued on to cut his head clean off. The super heated blade cauterized the wound and sent his head and the top half of his hand toppling to the ground.
This got the attention of the other clones in the room as they all turned to stay at Bernard. The remaining three clones turned to face Bernard and rushed towards him.
The closet clone ran and jumped towards Bernard, perform a jumping straight punch aimed at Bernard's face.
---- There was little Bernard could do as the jumpingstraight puch emerged between the ranks of the clones formed in front of him. The blow caught him off guard landing squarely upon his jaw jerking his head sideways.
There was a sharp burst of pain that subsided quickly as the feral rage grew within him. It was hard to control this time aroud and a guttural roar of indignation release from his lips as he thrust the purple excel blade between his companions to strike the foe that had caught his ire.
”It didn’t have to be this way!” He shouted as he channeled the intence microwave energy he possessed though the razor sharp metal blade as it extended. The enraged Sensitive burst forth from the loose ranks to plunge the intensified blade deep into the thick chest plate of the clueless participant that woke the beast.

((Enemy clone 1 evasion: 99+10 (VBS)=109. Clone accuracy: 41+10(vbs)-2 armor= 49 Feel the burn? 64: yes. Took 40 damage from heat ))
The Clone put his armored hands up to grab the searing hot blade in a clasp between his palms, then tightened his grip by balling his hands around the blade to push it back. Just like his comrade, it began cutting and burning through the armor as the clone kept the blade just inches from piercing his chest. His comrades attempted to come to his aid, but the other clones stepped in to keep the back. Now that Bernard had killed one of their opponents and had the second occupied, that left the four Beetles against Jeannete's two clones. The enemy was out numbered as it turned into a two against one battle.
The clone fighting Bernard realized this and clenched his teeth behind his heavily armored mask. "Y-you're all traitors!" He screamed in defiance as he thrust the blade to the side and used his armored foot to attempt to kick Bernard in the stomach. His hands were now severely burned and the metal had melted into his skin. He let off a painful scream and looked at his hands, but he stood his ground to continue fighting.
((second clone is on low life. Damage: 10(vbs) + 5 (unarmed)+40(power suit)=55 damage.))

Bernard must have momentarily zoned out, as the clone’s armoured foot struck him hard in the abdomen sending the Sensitive realing backward a couple steps. He fought to maintain his balace only to find his buttf securely planted upon the cold white tiled floor despite his efforts. If it wasn’t for the momentarily lapse as the clone recognized the extent of his injuries the initiative would have been lost.
There was little time wasted as the Sensitive reacted sending the glowing blade telekinetically toward his opponent’s chest with a force as if it had been launched like a javelin by a veteran hurler . It wasn’t his strongest effort but hopefully the spontaneity it would catch the persistent clone unaware and finish the job while he made it to his feet.

((The random 99 evasion roll made the last one hard to write... Enemy clone 1 evasion: 15+10 (VBS)=25. HIT! Clone has died...))
The clone was still trying to cope with the pain when Bernard's next attack hit. He lunged forward to attempt to finish the job and attack Bernard while he was down, but he was caught off guard as the psychic attack sent the sword straight through his chest. He looked down in confusion at his chest to see the impaled weapon protruding. He let off a shocked gasp, then toppled on the floor onto his side. He lay there dead as the heated weapon continued to burn through his chest.
Bernard's allies, the Beetles, were faring nicely in their battle as they pummeled the remaining Clones into submission. The uneven numbers made the job easy, but they held back to make sure not to kill their brothers. The two remaining enemy clones stayed on the ground as blood ran from their mouths, their helmets had been ripped off and tossed to the side and it was clear that they had very little to no fight left in them. They looked in disgust as if they didn't understand why their clone brothers had betrayed them.
George walked over and waved a hand to Bernard. "Are you alright? It looks like they aren't getting back up. What now, sir?"
He asked as he extended a hand to help Bernard to his feet.
((I didn't feel like rolling for the clones. The dice might have messed up and made the battle drag out in an awkward manner.))
