When I did the initial power test with low lvl Humans VS low lvl Sensitives, Bennett almost died against the Sensitive. The NPC only had 10 SP, but somehow it kept getting better rolls. So I think Bernard should be fine seeing how he actually has a weapon with him.
Although I thought you said for me not to edit my posts with Carlyle finding the Shotgun and that I should just leave it. Didn't you say that you would remove it from Bernard's bag?
I'll post now, but I won't mention the weapon Bernard has in case you edit it.

As you can see there has been an indication to a slight shift in agenda. The score may not be as significant but there should be a lot less risk involved an even less scrutiny to to crime. The way I see it is if they made away with as little as $60,000 for a four man crew. I should walk away with between $10 000-$18 000 which more than enough to get me started before a major crime such as a bank. Not bad for an evenings work.

Assuming Bernard can get the guy to think straight and give out some useful information. I would love to see them working as a team and attempting to either rob the bank, or find the guys he worked with and steal the money from them. Is Bernard going to put a little trust in Lloyd to pull off this job?
And I don't see why Bernard thinks he's useless. That was some Grade A information that was given to him. He now knows what Lloyd spent his money on and why the couple was arguing. ;D

Yeah I am planning to use him. First to lead me to the rest of the team so I can extort money from them to pull this off. I will then "hit" the bank with his help but not in his current "scrambled" state.
USELESS-Point a gun at him and he wets himself.
Grade A information would deal with relevant material to finance my criminal Enterprises not how he squandered several thousand dollars on drugs. Even information on his hot girlfriend would be more relevant than what he has dished out thus far.
I may switch Bernard's bio a bit having him a baseball star instead of a track athlete as originally intended. I'm kind of partial to having him carry a bat again.

Haha. Well in his defense, Bernard did come out of no where and break the glass balcony window. Come on, that isn't a little scary? And I could imagine Bernard as a baseball player. Especially walking around with the bat resting on one shoulder while holding the Rycroft special in his other hand.
Lets now go take a look at what you posted in the apartment.
Edit: Hmm, looks like Bernard may leave Lloyd the lookout behind and do the Robbery himself.

I think it is under "The world of Former Glory" board on the main page. Should that be under rules instead? Hmm... Anyways, it is easier though to click the little "Sun/Moon" picture on the left sidebar where it says "Day Tracker", it works as a link to take you there. Almost anything rule or site related can be accessed from one of the sidebars. I was experimenting with HTML and webdesign, testing out new things (like double sidebars) to see if I could get them to work. Keep in mind though I didn't update the time to match the 4 week time chart. I instead just marked the calender (located under the animated site banner).
And you actually gave Lloyd the gun!?!??! If you didn't I was going to make him keep bugging you about it.

I can nuke him like a potato if he points it at me!!
Ok, short but it concludes the prep work. Can we just skip the travel times? I'm not taking a cab (not that I can afford it) to the financial district in the middle of the night. I could fly but I figure Lloyd would likely want to stick together.
Anyways you can lead us into the bank and create the atmosphere and I'll wing it from there.
streets of Osiris right?

You could carry Lloyd on your back and fly. But keep in mind that he has no pants on... But yeah, I guess we can skip the travel time. I'm starting to think this NPC shouldn't own his own car, so Lloyd will take his mom's minivan that he borrowed and drive them there.
EDIT: I decided not to make things easy.
