The luxurious houses line the lake to give the higher paid citizens easy access to the ports so that they can take their yachts out on the water. They drive nice cars, wear nice clothes, and there are almost no side walks in this area because everyone can afford to drive. The people in this area are polite, but expect them to look down on you if you don't make as much money as them. Welcome to the richest area of Osiris...

Hydra Corp. Is one of the world's leading bioengineering companies in the world. They are always looking to expand and make the world a better place with one of their many experimental items. Hydra is mostly known for their cloning services and their advanced weapons and armor used around the world.
This is one of many of Hydra corps's facilities where you can buy a large variety of items and services. This particular room is used for cloning and regeneration. With Hydra corp's advanced technology people can now heal within a matter of days instead of weeks.
-Hydra corp Medical services-
1. Regeneration: Since Hydra corp has bought out the hospitals this is now the fastest and only way to heal in the city. For minor injuries Hydra will treat you with basic medical care, but for more critical wounds Hydra will place you in one of their "Vita-tanks", which are special tanks filled with a chemical substance that is proven to heal you no matter how bad the injuries. If you are prone to ending up in one of these tanks daily, maybe it is about time you bought some of Hydra corp's life insurance... Price: $200
2. "Life insurance", AKA - Cloning: You can have a clone of yourself made. If you die, the clone will be activated by a special switch that will be placed in your heart. That switch will send a signal to Hydra corp, who will then activate the new you. You must come in at least once a day to update the memories that are stored. If you fail to update the memories then the clone will remember whatever you last stored in its memory bank. The Clone will be exactly like you in every way. Price: $5,000 per clone.
3.VBS Energy serum: A Red Vitality booster serum, AKA a stimpack, is an advanced drug stimulate that will help increase your Health points by a small amount (+30 HP). Most soldiers now carry at least two of these when out in combat in case they get shot, but never more than two or else they will risk overdosing. All you have to do is press the syringe into your arm and inject the serum. If you do take more than two of these in a single day you will overdose, causing you to go into the fatigue status. The stimpack will also heal all status effects such as: Poison, petrification, and other ailments. Price $30
4.VBS power serum: A Yellow Vitality booster serum that is made to increase your muscles and endurance. You will have the strength of 5 men and will move with advanced swiftness. When Hydra corp introduced this to the U.S. Government it gave their soldiers unrivaled strength. All you have to do is press the syringe into your arm and inject the serum. For the next five combat turns you will not suffer from any fatigue effects due to the adrenalin rush. However, if you take more than two (total of three) of these in a single day you will overdose and will go into the fatigue status. For some reason the VBS serum has no affect on Sensitives and does not give them any combat bonuses, but taking three will overdose them. (+10 to Strength, evasion, and Defense. Lasts 5 turns.) 3.Synthetic Robotic arm enhancers: Hydra corp. has made special robotic limbs to help increase the customers strength. 4.Synthetic Robotic leg enhancers: Hydra corp. has made this special robotic limb to help increase the customers agility. However, in order for this enhancement to be put in they must first take your old limbs off. 5.Synthetic Robotic organ enhancement: Hydra corp. has made special robotic organs to help increase the customers Vitality. However, in order for these enhancements to be put in they must first take your old organs out. Stats: This enhancement will give you +100 HP. Price: $10,000
6.Synthetic mental processor enhancement: Hydra corp. has made a special robotic computerized mind to help increase the customers mental processing abilities. However, in order for this enhancement to be put in they must first take your old mind out. They will then replace it with a electronic computerized brain and upload all of your memories to it. This will help increase your memory, decision process, and help you think more clearly. This is Rycroft's office located at the top floor of Hydra corp. It is very difficult to navigate the building so you will need a guide to help you get here. The security is also very extreme, so you may not enter unannounced without first setting up an appointment. The room is set up for boardroom meetings, but Rycroft uses it as his own personal office for every day use.

This room is used to sell people weapons and armor, mostly the police force and the military, but other citizens buy self-defense weapons here as well. The room is extremely large with small display desks scattered about the room. Up against the walls are the power suits, they are left out in the open because they are too big to fit in a case. A sales clerk, called the "Cataloger", is standing near by to unlock and open any case for you to examine the items inside. She is holding a laptop in one hand and a ID scanner in the other so that you may purchase items quickly. Her job is to keep track of every item that enters or leaves the building.
You must first register any weapons that you buy from this shop so that the OPD can track everyone that uses the weapons and why it was being used... ((Click item name to see picture))

2.Smoke bang: A special hand grenade that explodes when thrown. The grenade is primed after the pin is pulled, triggering a 4 second fuse that will detonate the grenade. These grenades do not harm their targets, they explode with a chemical flash and "BANG", followed by a large amount of black smoke. Hydra originally designed these to be flash bangs, but the smoke was an unexpected bonus. They decided to leave them as they were. Stats: ACY: +0 EVS: -10 EVS from player throwing grenade DEBUFF: -20 ACY and EVS to all enemy targets in the area for two rounds. 4.P99 Classic: This is the classic P99 weapon, it has not been altered or changed since it came out, but Hydra Corp. has been remaking them as a standard weapon for police forces. Stats: (Can dual wield) ACY: +7 EVS: +12 EVS ATK: +15 ATK damage Clip size: 8 shots. Price: $300
5.Excel Longblade: A standard longsword that Hydra makes for close quarter combat. When you are dealing with several enemies in close quarters and you don't want to risk friendly fire, it is best to pull out a sword to strike down your enemy. Carrying a sword as a secondary weapon is always a safe bet, just in case you run out of ammo in your primary firearm. Stats: (Can dual wield) ACY: +30 EVS: +1 EVS ATK: +50 ATK damage Price: $300
6.SMG- 10: The basic sub-machine gun from Hydra Corp. The accuracy for this weapon isn't very good, but it does allow the user to shoot from far distances which is perfect for cover and suppressing fire. This is a basic Hydra Corp. infantry weapon. Stats: (Can dual wield) ACY: +15 (+0 if dual wield) EVS: +15 EVS ATK: +20 ATK damage Clip size: 30 shots Price: $500
7.Pinfire Sword: This is a Pinfire sword, a weapon that was first introduced back in 1867. Hydra Corp. has reinvented the weapon and re-released it back out to the public. It is now more light weight and easy to aim, however it is not very accurate at long distance when using it as a gun. The weapon's primary function is to be used as a sword, but if the wielder is losing the fight they may put a bullet in their opponent's head to even the odds a bit. 8.SD-99: Nicknamed the "Silent Death". A basic firearm that was modified to have better accuracy and is also silenced to allow the user to shoot his targets without being heard. However, one of the major drawbacks is that the silencer reduces range and damage. 9.Hydra TSG- 14: The Tactical shotgun was reintroduced by Hydra Corp. back in 2042 to help the police department with raids and hostage situations. The weapon can do high damage in close quarters, and Hydra also made it more lightweight to give the wielder a bit more maneuverability. This was a perfect weapon that Hydra manage to make better. Stats: ACY: +16 EVS: +8 EVS ATK: +40 ATK damage Clip size: 6 shots. Price: $1,000
10.Expia Twin blade: A weapon that has proven itself more than once in close quarter combat. These deadly short swords are often used in pairs to deal devastating damage. Sadly the short length of these weapons makes them almost useless when it comes to deflecting slashes directed towards you. When you are dealing with several enemies in close quarters and you don't want to risk friendly fire, it may be best to pull out a sword or two to strike down your enemy. 11.SAR- 15: The 15th version of the Standard Assault rifle made by Hydra Corp. This weapon is given out to the soldiers that guard District Zero as well as the military forces out on the front lines. This is a light weight weapon with fairly good accuracy. The perfect combination of long range defensive fire and high powered damage. Stats: ACY: +15 EVS: +20 EVS ATK: +30 ATK damage Clip size: 20 shots Price: $1,500
12.HZE Advanced Plasma pistol: This was a custom made weapon for a high ranking soldier that worked for Hydra Corp. This weapon was so effective in it's prototype phase that it was mass produced for military use. This is a high damage weapon that shoots plasma bullets that has the function of stunning the target or shooting holes through them with deadly plasma bolts. The is fed a battery clip for more ammo, and when the weapon overheats or is running low on ammunition, the blue display will change to red. The problem with the weapon overheating and exploding in the user's hand was recently fixed... 13.HSR-25 Sniper Rifle: The Hydra Corp. Sniper rifle was based off of the SAR for its fire power, and was made popular during WWIII for it's long range capabilities that made it the perfect weapon to stay out of sight. The saying for the ad campaign was "You can't hit what you can't see". The weapon takes a bit of time to aim because it is heavier than it looks, so you may not always hit what you are aiming for. This is a good weapon to give support fire from a far distance, but they substituted aim speed for stopping power, making it not as accurate as its assault rifle counterpart. Stats: ACY: +0 EVS: +30 EVS ATK: +80 ATK damage Clip size: 10 shots Price: $2,500 *Hydra will not sell this to a Sensitive.
14.HAA pistol: The Hydra Automatic Assault pistol was made to give high power and rapid fire damage. The weapon was made to be bigger than the average pistol to hold the heavy hitting bullets, but because of this the weapon is a bit hard to aim and may leave you out in the open when you are trying to get a clear shot. Stats: ACY: +20 EVS: +12 EVS ATK: +40 ATK damage Clip size: 10 shots. Price: $2,500
15.Gunblade Rifle: Favored by Hydra Corps's Paratroopers for its long range firing and close combat damage. The weapon is very heavy and awkward to hold so it doesn't allow much maneuverability, but it does do high damage when used as a sword. 16.Zhiro's Bustermax: Zhiro was another extraordinary battle hero, too bad he died in the war... Hydra Corp. mass produced his custom made sword when they saw the massive amounts of damage it could produce. It is so heavy that you have absolutely no chance to prepare for a defensive attack. Stats: ACY: +5 EVS: -10 EVS ATK: +120 ATK damage Bonus: Gives weapon breaker skill. Base bonus is +10, cannot level up Price: $5,000
17.Hydra Advanced Photon Gauss rifle: This weapon was made to blast holes in walls and to wreak havoc in close quarter areas. If flamethrowers were considered to be Death's weapon of choice in WWII, then the Photon Gauss rifle would be his top pick for WWIII. The weapon fires small five inch diameter, super concentrated blasts of electromagnetic Gauss energy and projects it at extremely high speeds. This weapon is extremely dangerous. The result of getting hit by something like this is normally instant death or loss of major body parts as they get trapped between the magnetic blast and disintegrate (or implode) from the vast amount of force. The weapon over heats quickly so you don't get many shots off with it, and it is heavy so you can't move about much while holding it. The range is also very short so you will be standing almost face to face with your target. When the weapon overheats or is running low on ammo, the blue display will change to red. Hydra has recently optimized the weapon with a stronger frame and more powerful bursts of energy. The gun can also now be set to a "Stun" function to help subdue targets with non-lethal bursts of energy. Stats: ACY: +5 EVS: +5 EVS ATK: +50 ATK damage Bonus: +20 to Subdue (Subdue bonus replaces weapon damage. 18.Hydra Photon sword: The sword version of the photon gauss rifle. After Hydra Corp. learned how to focus and control the energy to their will, they began using this same power in different ways. They tested to see if they could generate this same energy as a small scale continuous and stable laser beam. They were somewhat successful. Although the sword is not very stable and may explode from the unreliable technology, it is very deadly. Because this beam is as strong as the Gauss rifle, it can cut through almost anything in it's path, including the user's own arms. Sadly it can not stop physical blows that collide with it, but the magnetic pulse within the beam can deflect other photon or gauss beams directed at it (Like another photon sword). The weapon is known to turn off if certain objects pass through it, so you may find yourself blocking a physical sword in one moment, only for it to pass through the laser and cut your head off in the next. 1.Basic combat suit: A suit that is the most basic of protection. Don't look for this to stop bullets or knife cuts, and it is also a bit wide and heavy. Hydra normally gives this out to their guards as cheap standard gear. You can roll around in the dirt and not worry about getting scratched... Stats: +2 DEF Price: $40
2.Standard combat suit: A suit that is a bit more advanced than the basic suit. It offers more protection against cuts and scraps and hand to hand melee blows. Hydra based this off of the wet suits that divers wear to fight off shark attacks. Stats: +5 DEF Price: $1,000
3.Basic combat vest: Hydra Corp. decided to make the basic bullet proof vest better. This vest is quite heavy but it does protect against some damage. Combining this with a combat suit should be enough to keep you alive. Hydra Corp. gives this to their guards as standard gear. Stats: DEF: +1 EVS: +10 Price: $1,000
4.Advanced combat vest: After the success of the Basic vest, Hydra Corp. decided to make it even better. This vest is a bit lighter than the other one and has Kevlar microfibers lining it. It helps protect against some damage and may stop a bullet. Combining this with a combat suit should be enough to keep you alive. Stats: DEF: +5 EVS: -1 Price: $5,000
5.Advanced combat suit: A suit that is light in weight and strong in durability. Based on the motocross leather suits that the racers wear, Hydra decided to add a bit more protection by lining the chest and other vital parts with Kevlar fibers. Stats: DEF: +10 EVS: +5 Price: $5,000
6.Elite combat vest: Hydra manage to make a light weight Kevlar Microfiber vest that is lined with micro-sized ceramic plates. The result is a vest that allows you to move around with ease, while still taking a bullet or two without being down and out. This is hands down the best vest in the entire world. 7.Elite combat suit: Glory's own custom suit was mass produced when Hydra began hiring Sensitives as protection. This is a suit that is light in weight and very strong in durability. Based on the motocross leather suits that the racers wear, Hydra decided to add a bit more protection by lining the entire thing in microfiber Kevlar. The outfit was then given very small ceramic plates in the chest and vital points to create a modern day version of studded leather armor. Because the fibers and plates are so small it gives the perfect balance of lightweight armor and strong durability. Stats: DEF: +20 EVS: +20 Price: $10,000
8. ESP-900 Power Glove: A specially made glove that helps sensitives to channel, and release their power. It doesn't actually add more power on to them, it simply helps them to manage what is already there so that it is released in more refined bursts. Because of this, the sensitive is able to use a bit of their reserved energy that was stored away, and turn it into a bit of extra power. A human using this will still get the protection bonus for their hands, but because they have no super powers it has no other effects. 9.Basic Power suit type 1: Basic Power suit type 2: When Hydra Corp. had first started the FMW project (Full metal warrior), this was what they made. It is a cyborg suit that covers its user in a protective armor. Basing the design off of the Elite combat suit makes its design great, but not perfect. The mechanical parts helps the user to move about, but it is still a very heavy suit to wear making you a bit slow in combat. The suit gives great defense but it is so slow that you can hardly move or aim your weapons. The operator sits in the chest area and uses the levers to move the machine around. It has a small cage like shield that pulls down to help protect and divert attacks away from where the operator is sitting. This suit is a lot smaller than all of the other FMWs in the project, standing at about 8 feet tall, and only weighing about 30 tons. 1. Data Uplink: A small device that is able to hack into electronics. You can use this to pull information off of a computer, disable a security system, or plant information on to a computer. This device will also unscramble and open locked security doors. It has a hard drive that can hold up to 1 Gigabytes worth of information, but you will need a computer of your own to view the information or to get the information off of the device. Stats: +10 to hacking/electronic alteration. Price: Not for sale. Hydra Corp. will only give this to technician Operatives that work for them. *Requires a computer to view stored information.
2. Ammo box: A box of ammo for whatever weapon you are using. If your gun hits empty you will have to reload it before using it again. It is quite handy to have a few of these on you before you head out to a major gun fight. Stats: Reloads weapon back to full. Takes one attack turn to do so. Price: $20
3. Advanced Ammo: A box of Armor piercing bullets for whatever weapon you are using. If your gun hits empty you will have to reload it before using it again. Unlike the standard bullets these pack a slightly bigger punch to deal out more damage. You cannot use this ammo for Plasma/battery powered weapons, or rocket launchers because they do not use standard bullets. Stats: Add +5 to range weapon damage. Reloads weapon back to full. Takes one attack turn to do so. Price: $100
4. Rubber Ammo: A box of rubber bullets for whatever weapon you are using. If your gun hits empty you will have to reload it before using it again. Unlike the standard bullets these deal less damage, but subdues the target a lot faster. You cannot use this ammo for Plasma/battery powered weapons, or rocket launchers because they do not use standard bullets. Stats: Cuts attack damage of weapon in half. Adds +10 to Subdue(weapon damage stacks with subdue bonus). Reloads weapon back to full. Takes one attack turn to do so. Price: $50
5. Carbon Alloy triblade arrows / Bolts: A quiver of Bolts or arrows for a hunting bow or Crossbow. These do a fair amount of damage and are lightweight and easy to carry. They give 20 arrows per quiver. The quiver will take up a space on your body as if you are carrying a backpack, extra arrows may be stored in your backpack as well but they will not be active during combat. Stats: ATK: +12 BONUS skill: Pierce. If your opponent is hit with this skill it will do 5 points of bleed damage over time (for 5 rounds). Recharge time: Must wait 5 rounds before using Pierce again.
Quiver Reloads bows back to full. Takes one attack turn to do so. Price: $60
6. Plasma deflector shield: Hydra's plasma deflector shield band that fits around the user's wrists. One of these will generate a force field around you that will deflect whatever was coming towards you. The impact is nothing more than a static shock when it comes in contact with a living person, which will knock them back slightly from the force. Bullets and swords pretty much have the same effect. Because the force is so strong it completely discharges the battery that fuels the field, causing the band to be burnt, black, and useless after one use. Hydra Corp. has never made a better version because they made the FMW project instead... Stats: Stops one attack from hurting you. Price: $1,000

The main lobby of Hydra corp is guarded by four officers, two outside with two more in the building. There are more patrolling guards scattered around the building to make sure that no one enters into certain areas where they don't belong. Hydra corp is one of the most confusing buildings on the planet. The facility takes up several blocks on the street, so walking on foot and trying to guess your way around is impossible. There are 10 floors, and hundreds of rooms scattered around in odd places.
There is a small desk on the side of the main lobby with a woman standing there twirling her blond hair. If you need one of Hydra corps services, ask her to take you where you need to go. Otherwise it will litteraly be impossible to find it on your own.

*Ring ring. Ring ring. Click.* "Glory. What's up?" "We got a crime in progress. Either no cops are in the area, or they are too lazy to handle it. Seems we got a rogue sensitive that just killed a guy outside of club Exxel. He is in the S-7 grid division heading east. Are you close by?" That was Glory's operative. His code name was: Deaf ears. They worked together all the time, but never met in person.
"Roger that, I'm not far from the area. I'll handle it. Any other info on the guy?" She crouched down and began gathering energy. She started off slow, rotating her hands around to help her to focus the power to the center of her palms. A small blue orb began to form as she picked up rotation speed. She kept this up while she listened. The small orbs starting to pop and sizzle with power as they grew bigger.
"Yeah, we caught him on surveillance. He has a punk sticker with him, but that shouldn't be a problem for you. He scored low in the sensitive training test and had most of his powers suppressed. I doubt he even think he knows how to use them. His class rank is only at 1. An APB was just put out for him a few minutes ago. Subdue him and we'll send a squad car over to pick him up. You have authorization to use all of your powers. Good luck."
"Understood." She wouldn't have killed the guy anyways, she always subdued them. She finished charging up, she had enough power stored up to launch her the few blocks over to cut him off. She shot the burst of energy at the ground and propelled herself in the air. Once she reached the peak of her jump height, she waited a bit, suspended in air while she charged up a second blast. As soon as she began to fall she angled herself in the direction she needed to go in and launched herself forward. A bright blue streak of energy propelling her across the sky. It didn't take her long to spot the guy covered in blood running down the street.

The man was panting and breathing hard. He stumbled slightly as he looked behind him. He wouldn't have had to stab the man if he hadn't of gone mouthing off about his wife. They were clearly both drunk, and things got out of hand when they had started exchanging words. He stopped running to catch his breath. The crowd of people that had started taking pictures with their cell phones and calling the police had stopped following him, and he didn't hear any police sirens in the distance. He would be safe for now. Just then he saw a blue streak in the sky falling towards him. Everyone knew what it was...
He pulled his small knife out and got ready to defend himself.

Glory cut off her power and let gravity take its course. She had timed it perfectly. The man had drawn his knife but it wouldn't have mattered. She put her arms back to her sides and dived down. As soon as she was close enough she pulled her fist back and charged a orb of energy around her hand as she launched towards him. Her attack was aimed to punch him straight in the face. If done correctly he would be knocked out and subdued without him even putting up a fight. She only had a split second to brace her self for the impact of hitting the ground.

Glory's attack hit him dead on. The man's head snapped back with a violent and audible crack. He crumpled to the ground like a rag doll. He shot back several feet as the force knocked him back. The knife fell free from his hand and skidded across the ground away from him. A small puddle of blood began to spread out from around his head as he lay dead on the ground...
((He wasn't suppose to die, but this is what happens when you use random dice rolls. Maybe I shouldn't have used all 20 points of Glory's SP...))

Glory shot a final blast at the ground to slow her fall, but she still hit the ground hard. tumbling several feet as she hit. She rolled out of her spin and landed on her hand and knee, gripping the concrete with her kevlar lined glove to slow herself down to a complete stop. "Crap!" She had dislocated her other hand, the one she had used to punch the man in the face. "What happen? Oh never mind... We got you on surveillance. Wave to the camera and say hi!"
"Nows not the time. I killed the guy. Oh..." She muttered a few curses to herself. She stood up, cradling her dislocated hand near her chest. "When you said he had no powers I thought he would have at least tried to defend himself. He just stood there like an idiot... Crap. This wasn't suppose to happen." She bit her glove off and threw it to the ground.
"Calm down. This type of thing happens all the time... you of all people should know. We'll just take him in to Hydra corp and put him in one of the regeneration tanks. If we hurry we may be able to save what's left of him. And if not, Hydra will use his body for research in their cloning project... No one will ever know."
"But I'll know. I was reckless and just killed a guy. Dang it... I need to learn to hold back. I shouldn't have used so much power."
"Glory, I said calm down. I'm deleting the footage now. No one will know what happen. Some of our operatives are arriving as we speak. They'll clean the whole thing up. Just leave it to Hydra corp. I've sent the police another message letting them know that their services are no longer needed. They aren't happy about it, but they won't be bothering you. Clear the area and get your butt back to Hydra HQ. We need to get your hand looked at ASAP. We'll put you in a regeneration tank and have you better by morning."
"Right... I got that stupid thing I have to attend to. Yeah, sure. I'll get going now. I think I'll walk for a few blocks though."
"No problem. If you don't feel like power jumping I'll have the other OPs pick you up after they've secured the body. They can give you a lift and take you back to base if you like."
"Yeah, I'd like that. Thanks. I think I hurt a few ribs too. It hurts like crazy..." She was still down about what took place, but this type of thing happen all the time. A sensitive losing control for just a split second and someone ending up dead. It was the reason why Hydra corp and the government started the STA in the first place. Glory had walked a few blocks but quickly got tired and overwhelmed with pain and decided to sit down. The sun was now starting to completely fade. It would be dark soon and night would fall. The other Operatives arrived shortly after Glory had stopped to rest to pick her up and give her a ride back. She spent the rest of the next several hours in a regeneration tank healing. After that she packed up her gear and headed home for the night. She was tired and didn't really feel like staying up any longer...
