CAN"T RUN!! It will trigger my asthma and add even more negatives into the equation. That is if the fatigue and my current acrobatic shenanigans don't trigger it first.
Better find that damn STIMULANT sooner than later

The stats you quoted are for "Yellows". I assume the generic "reds" work in a similar fashion
And yes that is correct.
Can Defensive stance and agility bonus be used in the same combat round??
Sure why not. I originally planned that marksman could be used as an added bonus to other gun skills, such as a sniper rifle doing a marksman double shot. It would make sense if agility and defensive stance could be used in the same way for swordsman or martial artist type characters.
EDIT: Thought to add this to my post:
Agility - This includes Jumping, running, dodging/taking cover, and climbing:
You will have a stat bonus that will allow you to run up/ on walls, jump across roof tops and out run even the fastest sprinter. You can also use this to add a bonus to dodging or blocking attacks, but it's not always a guarantee that it will work the way you plan.
(Roll 50 or higher for a successful chance roll-: Aha! You ran up the wall and jumped over a building!
Failed-49 and lower-: And he jumps! Ooo... That had to hurt...
*For dodging attacks you simply just have to roll, include the message saying that you used the skill, and add the agility bonus to your total.*)

EDIT 2: Just realized a flaw with the skill. I need to clarify something. When I say to add the agility bonus to the total I mean the 10/10 bonus, or if your skill is lower 5/10.
So if you roll a 12 on the log you would add 5/10 on to that. 12+5=17.
But now with the change on how skills are used, I'm not sure how this will work if you don't specialize in the skill....
I'll need to fix that.
I suppose you get an auto-dodge?
