This is the strip mall that is located in the slums. The buildings have been recently renovated to be a bit more appealing, but the area still isn't the best place to be spending a large amount of money. Robberies are very common in this area, but most pickpockets are so skilled they go about doing it undetected. If you are looking for a item to buy you will be more then likely to find it in one of the many stores that line the streets, just watch your pockets while you do it...

Combat boots that gives a great deal of protection to the wearer's feet. These boots are woven with Microfiber kevlar and small ceramic plates. They were then covered in a tough leather to keep it from wearing down and to keep the ceramic plates in place. The boots are a bit stiff and uncomfortable, but they get the job done.

3. Large heavy bag:
Allows you to carry 20 items instead of 5. This bag has one strap to go over your shoulder and can carry a large amount of items. This is a heavy duty bag that won't break or tear easy, often times used in the military.

4. Gun holster:
A small strap to hold your gun either on your hip, on your legs, or under your arms. This will help conceal any small weapon so that it isn't easily spotted when walking around. The holster also comes in a larger version to go on your back for heavy weapons. If you are planning on holding a lot of weapons it would be a good idea to buy a few of these.
A max of four holster can be on a person for handguns, and only one can be used for heavy weapons (Such as shotguns and rifles).
Stats: Adds 1 item slot for your gun. Reduces weight by 2 lbs.

============Electronics ===================
1. Stun cuffs:
Handcuffs that creates a numbing effect when you put them on. The cuffs create a small electric pulse that constantly tasers and stuns the target as long as they are worn (also works on Sensitives with electric powers). And the cuffs also have the exact same effect on normal humans as well which makes them perfect for subduing criminals.
Hydra corp first developed them when the Vigilante sensitives began getting out of hand, at that time the stun cuffs were the only thing to keep them under control. Hydra corp now has better methods in dealing with them, but the OPD still carry these around as standard gear.

Bonus: +30 to subdue skill. After being subdued, the target cannot escape and run away with these on.

2. Bluetooth headset:
A Bluetooth headset so that you can talk hands free on your cell phone. It's against the law to drive and talk without one. But this could also be used in espionage to sneak around a place and talk with your operative while keeping your hands free from cell phones. If you are having a conversation with someone in person, you could still be receiving information from your contact without anyone else knowing.

A basic prepaid cell phone. You can use this to talk to anyone in the city, any time, anywhere. Just make sure you don't go underground, because it may lose the signal...
Stats: Allows you to talk to other players at any time anywhere, as long as they also have a phone. It also has a built in voice recorder.

4. Laptop:
A Laptop that can do any and everything. It has built in Wi-fi to allow you to surf the net without any cords. About 90% of the city is a major Wi-fi hotspot.
Stats: Allows you to surf the net and find information online, or store it on the hard drive.

5. Police radio:
This is a standard issue police radio given out to all of the OPD officers located in the city. This item is illegal to own if you do not work with the OPD, but many news reporters and operatives carry them anyways. Just make sure you don't get caught with one on you...
If you have one of these you will be alerted by an operative that a crime is taking place, and in which area it is currently happening. With one of these you may arrive on the scene just in time to stop the crime before it gets out of hand.
Stats: Allows you to be alerted (By a operative) about a crime before it takes place, and before it is posted on the boards for everyone else to see.
