The ghost is still in its early stages. Going with comic book flavor each hero has a series of villains to dispatch. Some reoccurring Some one offs. not sure if the ghost is going to be a sensitive (remember the arts to life character) or simply a very very good pick pocket. What intrigued me about the ghost signature was that some incorporated eyes in the artwork with arts to life kind of reminded me of the watcher
Could be part of a team "Lady" and the Tramp" for a Faggin/Oliver Twist sort of theme a young tagger/thief working with a senior Sensitve creating the artwork he will use Perhaps he's "The true ghost"
That sounds awesome! I'm going to be a bit busy with work so I may or may not get a decent post up (I hate rushing them, I make big mistakes), so if you decide to create some concept art on your free time, please share!

Sorry for the big delay, I've been busy with work and other tasks. One of my coworkers was fired last week and the other quit on the same day, so since we were short on staff, the remaining members on my job had to adjust our shifts to cover the gap. Anyways, back now and I've had time to think about Carlyle's reaction. Post coming up soon!

I have a few ideas in mind... one of which would involve the FME project and the purist movement. Want to bring that quint into the mix in the near future?
Another idea is regarding your ideas you had with her getting injured.... I think I have a good way to do it... but I need to think about it. I think I found a way to tie a lot of your ideas and my own lose story elements together into one coherent story. I'll pitch the idea to you tomorrow (it will involve the two remaining Hyogo sister's working together).

Things are proceeding a bit differently than I anticipated. I don't want to say too much at this moment and influence any of your impending decisions but I DO think it may be quite possible for Maseko and the FME project to be brought into the mix.
As for Maseko's impending injury I'm open. The only real stipulation is that the FME conductivity nodes get "fused" to her body. A victim of severe burns accommodates this idea.
I will put the details of the accident involving Kame,Aya and the glowing consumer into a report. I may even take us back to the night where Keiko suffered her head injury and lost her arm. I may have an alternative method of presenting this information as well but we'll see if that avenue presents itself or not.
Arrrgh! Two more coworkers quit, so work has been crazy.
Ideas-
1. You mentioned Spitfire before, so what if the glowing Consumer Keiko is chasing is Spitfire (if the timeline doesn't match up, there could always be TWO)? He went rogue just before the wall went down, it wouldn't be surprising if he was cornered by a group of Consumers and was infected, and the virus made him lose control of his powers. I have a clever way of incorporating this into the story and I think you'll like the outcome when we get there.
2. Maseko would try to stop Spitfire with her FME suit due to a high level Sensitive causing chaos on the street, so the police dispatches the FME unit on the scene. Boom! She gets injured!
3. As for Keiko, I'm thinking that Carlyle starts telling his coworkers that she was crying on the job, leaving out the part that it was about her sisters. This creates the illusion that she was crying due to the paperwork, and she becomes the laughing stock on the force the following morning. The idea is that she starts losing respect from her peers because they don't see her as being competent.
4. The "blue bird" character and "the archer" are both vigilante anti-heroes in my eyes, but they are also REALLY underdeveloped characters. I'm willing to be flexible with their story, so if Keiko wants to side with one of them and they work as a team, or they go on to have a rivalry/villain story arc, I'm all for it! I will point out that both characters aren't fond of Consumers, so there is something for us to work with.
I'm open to more storylines and suggestions, so feel free to share ideas while I think about my next post. I'll try to get one up tomorrow evening.

I can relate to man power issues!! 1. Timeline works A bit of background on the glowing consumer. (you may or may not remember some of this) The glowing Consumer and the Exploding man are one in the same.......the quint's uncle....their mother's twin brother (runs in the family) Their mother(now deceased-possible TOZ) was a geneticist working for the parent corporation to the one now set up in Osiris and hit by the archer (forget the name at the moment) Their uncle was on his way back from Osiris for examination when he lost control and exploded in the airport taking down Atsuko He reforms and returns to Osiris seemingly from the dead to confront Hydra (possibly seeking Atsu as well) and ends up participating in the mayhem created when the walls fell in another episode. He later enrolls in the program to control his episodes (hopeful of cure) set up by (there's that name again Vaiacane LTD) and how Keiko came to stumble upon a familiar name on the patient list.
i can see the public mistaking Spitfire for the glowing Consumer. I image the fiery persona glows.
2. Maseko would try to stop Spitfire with her FME suit due to a high level Sensitive causing chaos on the street, so the police dispatches the FME unit on the scene. Boom! She gets injured!
I still have a plot point to explore with Maseko regarding the FME project and Nanite blood enhancement (more later and how it translates) But this can easily be worked in

Sounds like the scum he is. We'll see how the rest of this plays out but I definitely see Carlyle and keiko's relationship as antagonistic.

This too has a variety of possibilities to play out. I'm sure their paths will cross. As in what capacity I am unsure at the moment. Like I said earlier. I don't want to say too much and influence your decision making. It will be interesting to see where this goes.

^ I remember it now that I've read it again. Since you've put so much detail and thought into it it might be better to stick to the original plan you have set up and leave Spitfire for something else in the future. Forcing Spitfire into the story just to wrap up loose ends could just make the story messy.
As for Carlyle, yeah he's done now. I think we have enough fuel to get this fire going and to slowly nudge Keiko down the path of vigilante. At this point, if true justice is to be done she'll have to break Carlyle's ridiculous orders and it will be justified at this point. I'll have my post up soon, and I think I'll do some more creative side stories over the weekend.
That dead "plant" man has a purpose!

i think Spitfire should be the one that does Maseko in At least that's the way I see who inflicts her major trauma (burns) loosely I see keiko as the vigilante sheriff at this point chasing Consumers with kingfisher (possibility) when Maseko is critically wounded she stays by her side. her identity is revealed and Carlyle has the ammunition to strike her from the force for good. This also is the catalyst for the emergence of the Architect (Atsuko) from her coma, the investigation into her powers and eventually the formation of NAMIKO -Child of law- to protect Osiris
